Learn what leads to success within a team
The Five Dysfunctions of a Team program is all about what key factors and elements contribute to attaining or not attaining results within teams. It utilises the example of a F1 Pit lane crew and how each member of that team has a vital role to play and if one section fails the whole thing fails, as well as focusing on what makes successful teams work.
Based upon the teachings of business guru Pat Lencioni, it highlights the five key factors which can contribute and ultimately result in failure (described as the five dysfunctions of a team). Once the group has an understanding of what is a dysfunctional team, the key learning is to identify what makes a team functional.
The content is directly related to the actual team undertaking the program, to identify where they feel they are in terms of their own performance, and how to improve to become a high performing, functioning team.
